Bio
Steven Peter "Steve" Schmoll was born on 10 August 1929, in Bird Island, Renville County, Minnesota, to Joseph William and Maria Margaret Amberg Schmoll. On 18 June 1952, Steve married Mary Ann Serbus, the daughter of John Edward and Mary Barbara Hosek Serbus, Sr. They farmed and raised their seven children in Renville County. Steve Schmoll, of Olivia, died at the age of 75, on 15 October 2005, in Robbinsdale, Hennepin County, Minnesota. He was survived by his wife, Mary Ann; and their seven children, Diane Marie, Anthony Charles "Tony," Douglas Stephen "Doug," Bernard John "Bernie," Patrick Joseph "Pat," Cynthia Catherine "Cindy,"and Lori Ann; and many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Steve was buried in the St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery in Olivia, Renville County, Minnesota.
