GREENVILLE – Carroll Jean Schafft, 72,passed away on June 11, 2018. A visitation was from 6-8 p.m. on June 12 at Lynch Funeral Service. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on June 13 at Lynch Funeral Service. Interment will be at 2 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Stoneburg. She was born on July 24, 1945 to Jim and Donnie Pittman. Carroll was of the Christian faith and retired as a beautician. She is preceded by her son, Kenneth Jones and brother, Larry Pittman. She is survived by her son, Jonathan and his wife Leslie Schafft; daughters, Jody Bell Mackling, Tabitha Simmons and Patrice Focken; brother, Elgin Pittman; sisters, Rebecca Pittman and Suzie Nix; and many other loving relatives and friends.
