She married (1) John Andrew Triplett at Unionville, Missouri, on December 25, 1901; (2) John Henry Absalom Kepley at Cheyenne, Oklahoma, on March 3, 1909; (3) Henry John Fisher at Milwaukie, Oregon, on July 20, 1958. Note: Submitted records at Ancestry.com indicate that Josephine was the natural daughter of Phoebe Jane Archer, but reared by Phoebe's father, George Washington Archer, and his wife, Mariah Elizabeth Polson, as their own child. _______________________________________ J. U. Fisher Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday for Josephine U. Fisher who died Saturday in a Milwaukie hospital. She was 90. Service will be in Peake Memorial Chapel, with private vault entombment to follow in Portland Memorial Mausoleum. Mrs. Fisher was born at Glendale, Mo. She moved to Milwaukie in 1946. Mrs. Fisher is survived by three sons, Guy Triplett, Fresno, Calif., G. H. Triplett, Portland, and C. Virgil Kepley, Milwaukie; a daughter, Cleeta Stamper, Salem; 15 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
