Bio

Craig Arnold Foss, age 60, of Grand Rapids, MN, died Saturday, May 5, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, MN. He was born to Arnold and Lenore Foss in 1957 in Grand Rapids, MN, where he also grew up and attended school. He was united in marriage to Barbara Spawn on January 15, 1983. He was a business owner/operator for Classic Car Auto Parts, selling vintage car parts worldwide for 17 years, Horizon Billboard Advertising, LLC and was a landlord. Craig was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cohasset, MN where he helped build the additions and was a regular volunteer at Ruby’s Pantry. He enjoyed deer hunting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, car shows/swap meets and anything cars. Craig loved spending time at the cabin and especially loved spending time with his family. Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Curtis; niece, Emmy; and father-in-law, Ken Spawn. Craig is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barb; daughter, Danielle (Jeremy) Sanders; son, Dyllan (Kaitlin Toonstra) Foss; a granddaughter; and two sisters. Inurnment will be in the Columbarium at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
