He is survived by his widow, by three sons, Ray, Cecil and Clyde; two daughters, Mrs. William Fulk of Calhoun, Neb.; Mrs. William Spence of Atkinson, Neb. Funeral Wednesday afternoon from Gentleman's chapel at 2 p. m. Interment West Lawn cemetery.
