Bio

Frank Hagerty, 315 West Park Avenue, died Friday morning, June 27, 1924 at seven thirty o'clock. His death was very sudden and comes as a shock to his many friends in Spencer. He had been in failing health however for the past four years. At the time of his death he was seventy three years, four months and two days of age Frank Hagert was born near Torento, Canada, Febrauary 25, 1851. He came with his parents when a boy to LaFayette, Wisconsin, where he grew to manhood On September 12, 1882, he was united in marriage to Miss Mary A. Walsh of Darlington, Wisconsin. The ceremony taking place in Darlington. Soon after their marriage they moved to near Peterson, Iowa where they resided a short time moving to Spencer about thirty five years ago He is survived by his wife and three children, ten grandchildren, two brothers, George Hagerty of near Peterson and William Hagerty of Spencer, one sister, Mrs. Catherine West of Portland, Oregon, other relatives and a host of friends.
