Bio

Funeral for E. Frank Hagerty, 85 of Spencer will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday from Warner Chapel in Spencer. The Rev. Keith Purscell will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery Mr. Hagerty died Thursday at Spencer Municipal Hospital following a lingering illness. He was born August 9, 1884 to Frank and Mary (Walsh) Hagerty at Darlington, Wisconsin. On October 6, 1901 he was married to Elizabeth Hartman and to this union were born four children. On June 11, 1917 he was married to Soffia Olafson on Minneota, Minnesota. They observed their 50th Wedding anniversay in 1967. Surviving are his widow: Soffia; a daughter, Mrs. Roy A.
