Bio

Anna Rose Tucek Sladek, 94, passed away April 26, 2014, in Round Rock. A lifelong resident of Taylor, she was born to George and Adela Dusek Tucek January 27, 1920, and married to T.W. (Ted) Sladek June 28, 1941. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Edwin Sladek; sisters (and brothers-in-law), Georgie (Arnold) Kincl and Ruby (Marvin) Lange; and brother (and sister-in-law) Frank (Marietta) Tucek. Survived by son, Ken Sladek (Gail); grandchildren, Todd Sladek (Marlo), Allison Grose (Gary), and Brianna (Chris) Daniels; great-grandsons, Garrett and Carson Grose; step-great-granddaughters, Samantha and Taylor Hinojosa; brother, Jerome (Yvonne) Tucek; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held April 30, at Condra Funeral Home in Taylor with burial at Taylor City Cemetery. (Published by Taylor Press, Taylor, Williamson County, Texas, April, 2014)
