Sherry Lynn Wood October 4, 1954 ~ March 5, 2018 Sherry Wood, 63, of Waco passed away March 5, 2018 in Waco. She was born October 4, 1954 in Hillsboro, the daughter of Bill M. and Ada Kathryn (Cochran) Wood. She grew up in Hillsboro, was a 1973 graduate of Hillsboro High School and went on to graduate from TSTI. For several years Sherry worked as a dietician in a Waco nursing home. Preceding her in death were her parents and niece, Whitney Lee Wood. Survivors include her two brothers, Johnny and Terry Wood, nephew and nieces and great-nieces. Graveside services will be held March 8, 2018 at Hillcrest Garden of Memory near Hillsboro. M_M
