Graveside service for Irene Dietzel, age 93, of Miller Grove, will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Miller Grove Cemetery with Father Juan Sardinas officiating and Chance Nelms, Wesley Jordan, Charlie Hoag and Zachary Freeland serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel. Ms. Dietzel passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at her residence. Irene Darilek Dietzel was born on March 25, 1924, in Praha, Texas, the daughter of Charles and Emma Darilek. She worked as a lead operator and supervisor for Motorola of Seguin, Texas. Irene was a Member of St. James Catholic Church, Sulphur Springs. She is survived by her son, Tom Svatek and wife, Margarett of Seguin, Donna Poteet and husband, Johnny of Miller Grove, Charlotte Freeland and husband, King of Carrollton; grandchildren, Amy Nelms and husband, Chance of Sanger TX, Angela Jordan and husband, Wesley of Miller Grove, Lauren Hoag and husband, Charlie of Dallas, Zachary Freeland and wife, Debbie of Dallas, Ryan Freeland, Warsaw, Poland; great grandchildren, Ava and Hunter-Mack Nelms, Brooklin, Trenton and Abella Jordan. Irene was preceded in death by her brother, Jerome Darilek and three sisters, Nita Hines, Bernice Janicek and Gladys Long.
