McKINNEY - Benjamin Allen Yeager, 71, died Friday, March 30, 2007. Services will be at noon Sunday in Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel with J. Cooper Young officiating. Burial will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park. Mr. Yeager was born Jan. 3, 1936, in Amarillo to Robert Lee and Mary Lucille Robberson Yeager. He served his country in the U.S. Army. On Feb. 15, 1975, he married Patricia Anne Chitwood in Muleshoe. Mr. Yeager owned a real estate company and was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Patricia; two daughters, Traci Wilkinson and husband Lanny of Grapevine and Jennifer Williams and husband Chad of McKinney; a son, Dwain Hutton and wife Terri of New Braunfels; six grandchildren, Caitlin, Conner and McKenzie Wilkinson, Dain and Zachary Hutton and Benjamin Aiden Williams; a sister, Hylasue Walker and husband Basil of Amarillo; and a brother, Bob Yeager and wife Wynell of Belen, N.M. The family suggests memorials be to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1131, Fairfax, VA 22038-1131, (800) 342-2383, www.diabetes.org.
