Bio
Helen Marie Mican Dusek was born on October 10, 1934 in Hungerford to parents Henry Mican and Christine Duyka Mican. She attended school in Hungerford and graduated from East Bernard High School in 1954. Our mother was kind and humble lady; she never asked much from anyone. She was a homemaker all of her life; she dedicated her life to taking care of her children. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Henry Mican, Jr, sister, Janelle Barta, and brother-in-law, Rudy Barta. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at St John Catholic Church in Hungerford with Rev. Charles celebrating the Funeral Mass at 10 am. VIsitation was held beginning at 9 am and rosary will be recited at 930 prior to the Mass on Monday. Burial will be in St John Catholic Church Cemetery in Hungerford. Funeral services are under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
