Bio
A Mass of Christian burial for Catherine Hiermeier, 86, of 630 Kent Street, Napa California who died Wednesday, will be said at 11:30 AM, Saturday, Feb 1 in St. Thomas Acquinas Church. The rosary willbe recited Friday Jan 31 at 7 PM at Claffey and Rota Funeral Chapel. The pallbearers will be her grandsons, Joe Franck, Dan Franck, Mike Giometti, Bob Fisher, Tom Bottini and Ted Vogt. Another mass for Catherine will be held Tuesday 9:30 AM Feb 5 1974, in St. John the baptist Church in Custer, South dakota. Father John Corry and Father Joe Hemmer will be conducting the services. Rosary services will be held Monday Feb 5 at 7:30 PM at the McColley Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be Tom Callan, Henry Barnes, Amos Burnside, Dean Collingwood, Harry Evans and Dave Zeimet. Interment will be in the Pringle Cemetery, Pringle, South Dakota. Mrs. Hiermeier was a native of Nebraska lived in South Dakota for 15 years and then moved to California 29 years ago, where she made her home with her daughter and son-in-law, Gus and Vera Franck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew in 1961 and a son Alphonse in 1941.
