Bio
Pauline Patak Prachyl, 86 of Southlake, TX passed away on January 8, 2018. She was born in Creechville, TX to Frank and Emily (Svehlak) Patak on July 19, 1931. She met her life-long love, Raymond Prachyl, at a High School Halloween dance in Ennis, TX. They were married on her birthday in 1952 and were married for 64 years. Pauline was the first married student to graduate from St. Paul School of Nursing in Dallas in 1953, and went on to work at St. Paul Hospital as a NICU nurse for 51 years. Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, and her son, Mark Prachyl. She is survived by her daughter, Annette Johnson (husband David), son Joe Prachyl (wife Carla), and daughter Janet Villasenor. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Brandon and Holly Johnson, Conner, Aniston, and Jaci Prachyl, and Zachary and Gregory Villasenor. Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Friday, January 12, 2018, with the Rosary starting at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Saturday, January 13, 2018. All services will be at Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX.
