Raymond Joe Prachyl (1931 - 2016) Raymond Joe Prachyl, 85 of Southlake TX passed away on December 9, 2016 Visitation will be at 5:00 pm with rosary starting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, December 15. Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am on Friday, December 16 All services will be held at Calvary Hill cemetery 3235 Lombardy Lane in Dallas. Raymond was born in Dallas TX to Joe and Mary Prachyl on August 28, 1931. He met his wife, Pauline Patak Prachyl, at a high school Halloween dance in Ennis TX and he said "She must have cast some kind of spell over me because she became my true love and lifelong partner." He married Pauline on July 19 1952. They were married for 64 years. He volunteered for the Air Force and served 4 years during the Korean War. He later went to work for and retired from Texas Distributers after 37 years of service. Raymond is preceded in death by his son Mark Alan Prachyl. He is survived by his wife, Pauline, daughter Annette Johnson and husband David, son Joe Prachyl and wife Carla and daughter Janet Villasenor. Sisters: Wilma Vrla and JoAnn Jurica. Grand children: Brandon and Holly Johnson, Conner, Aniston and Jaci Prachyl and Zachary and Gregory Villasenor. Arrangements under the direction of Calvary Hill Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
