Bio

Norma May Dyer, 83, of San Angelo, passed away peacefully in her home on December 31, 2017. Norma was born on October 29, 1934, in San Angelo, to AC and Mattie Collins. She went on to marry the love of her life, Rodney Dyer, on September 5, 1959. Norma worked and retired from the San Angelo State School. She is preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, Ronnie and Gene McDaniel. Norma is survived by her husband, Rodney Dyer of Grape Creek; daughter, Caroline Trejo of Grape Creek; stepson, Paul Dyer of San Angelo; grandchildren, Craig Crawford and wife Kathy of St. George, GA., JoAnn Daly and husband Jim of Stonewall, LA., Chris McDaniel of Brownwood, Caleb McDaniel of San Angelo, Jeremy Keaton of San Angelo, Kevin McDaniel and wife Felina of Fort Davis, Mikel Trejo of Conway, AR., Edward Trejo (Star Burns) of Grape Creek, Fabian Trejo (Jessica Wriggle) of Reno, NV., Joshua Trejo and wife Caradee of Conway, AR., Andrew Dyer and wife Kumi of Chula Vista, CA., and Jill Dyer of San Antonio; 22 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren, as well as her Daughter in Law, Bellenda McDaniel; Brother in Law, Johnny Dyer, and Sister in Law, Marsha Dyer, and several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at 2 pm, Saturday, January 6, 2018 in Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
