Blair will be remembered for his faithful dedication to his family and a heartfelt desire to serve his Savior Jesus Christ. He was a longtime member of First Baptist Mt. Washington. He was a retired City of Louisville Fire Fighter and former owner of Smith’s Lawn Service. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Jo Ann Peavler Smith; daughter, Jennifer Smith Hoglen (David); granddaughters, Blair Morgan Moyes (Scott), Jenna Marie Hoglen (fiancé, Anthony Van Kirk), and Anika Lee Hoglen; and great granddaughter, Reed Marie Moyes. Visitation will be held 3-8 p.m. Friday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks – Mt. Washington, 123 Winning Colors Drive. Funeral services in celebration of his life will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks, with burial to follow. Ratterman and Sons has been entrusted with arrangements.
