Bio

Andrew was born in Anderson Co, TX to William Jennett "Bilie" and Marian Russell Hassell. His parents are buried in Fields Chapel Cemetery. He married Fannie M. Vaughan 20 January 1898 in Anderson County. She died in 1918 and is buried in Fields Chapel Cemetery. Their infant who died in 1889 is also buried in Fields Chapel Cemetery. Andrew is buried beside his second wife, Jettie Ida Ferguson Gibson Hassell, who he married 25 April 1920 in Anderson County. He died at his home on Walnut Street in Palestine, TX.
