Bio
Louise T. Kovar Valek passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 74. Louise was born in Kaufman, Texas to Kermit Kovar and Louise (Vrana) Kovar on December 26, 1942. She was the second of five children.On June 26, 1965, she married the love of her life, Steve Valek. Together they had five children. Throughout her life she enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, and fishing along with a little bit of everything else. She enjoyed and cherished her grandchildren. Louise is preceded in death by he r parents and older brother Joe. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, November 28, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Ennis. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis.
