Bio

Gordon M. Hatch, 90, of Portales died Saturday, March 17, 2007, in Portales. He was born Jan. 27, 1917, in Tulia, Texas. He and his father, Jim Hatch, and brother, "Buster" Hatch, operated Hatch Packing Co. He worked at Portales National Bank until April 2005 and was a vice president and director. He served on the Portales School Board. Survivors include his son, James Gordon Hatch; and a brother, Norman "Buck" Hatch. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Portales.
