Evelyn Minnie (Urbanovsky) Stall, 81, of La Grange, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Evelyn was born in Fayetteville, Texas on July 14, 1936 to Adolph and Frances (Chovanec) Urbanovsky. She married Joe F. Stall, Jr. on August 12, 1956 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Schulenburg, Texas. She loved all animals, but especially her cats. One of the many simple pleasures of life Evelyn had was her joy of eating raspberry donuts. She was a Manager at Gindlers Department Store for over 40 years and also worked for various other department stores throughout her career. She is survived by nieces and nephews: Lana Limmer; Kim Sternadel and special friend, Sue Schoenst; Luke Sternadel and wife, Audrey, all of Waldeck, Texas; and numerous great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe; sister, Loraine Sternadel and brother-in-law, Merle Sternadel. Visitation will be held at Koenig & Strickland Funeral Home. Family will receive friends. A rosary will be recited. Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Grange. Burial will follow in the La Grange City Cemetery.
