JOHN BRANCH Lynchburg, Twin, June 29—(Spl.) —John Branch, 78, well known in this community, after weeks of illness, died here at the David McCord hospital, Wednesday. He was buried Thursday at Pleasant Hill cemetery. The Rev. Thomas Majors conducted the funeral service. He is survived by eight daughters and sons: Mrs. Fred Reece, Mrs. Panther Newton and John Branch of Lynchburg, Mrs. Ethel Hunter of Birmingham, Ala.; Bill Branch of Winchester, Felix Branch of Belvidere, and Charley Branch of Texas.
