James Earnest Curry, born April 12, 1927 and passed away December 8, 2009. Preceded in death by his son, Calvin L. Scoggins; sister, Mary Gardner; brother, Jack Curry; and 2 grandsons. Survived by his wife, Josephine (Jo); son, W. Doug Scoggins and wife Carolyn; daughter, Viki Rhudy; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Bird Sills, brother, John Curry. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2009. Funeral service, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2009, Laurel Land Memorial Chapel.
