Walter Harlow Jackson was born on 23 February 1873 , in Temple, Bell, Texas to his father Jonathan Burford Jackson 42, and mother Ann Elizabeth Mosely 34. He married Sallie Dee Barker on 14 May 1905, in Milam Land District, Texas. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 1 daughter. He lived in Justice Precinct 5, Bell, Texas, United States in 1880 and Bell, Texas for about 10 years. He registered for military service in 1898. He died on 20 May 1960, in Heidenheimer, Bell, Texas at the age of 87, and was buried in Temple, Bell, Texas.
