Bio
Carolyn Ann Bohy was born on October 19, 1939, in Burwell, Nebraska, the 9th of 16 children of Edward and Frances Franssen. She passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017. Carolyn married the love of her life, Wayne Bohy, on June 3, 1966. She worked as a daycare provider for over 30 years. She had a very generous heart by giving 24 gallons of blood to the Lincoln Community Blood Bank. Carolyn also made and donated many rosaries over the years. She always found the good in everyone she met. Survided by: husband; children, Robb Bohy and Theresa (Dale) Burrage; grandsons, Jake Bohy, Matt Bohy, and Derek Burrage; siblings and their spouses; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by: her parents; and six brothers. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
