Born November 22, 1929 in Los Angeles to Zetta M. and Chester W. Noe, resident of Palos Verdes Estates since 1974, passed July 29,2017. Predeceased by husband of 54 years, Thomas ('06), and elder sister Marion Rayor ('05, Frank); survived by son William (Quinn Blayney), daughter Christa Colvin (Steve), grandsons Michael, Fritz, Wyatt, and Eric; brother Chet Noe (Sue) and sister Jaqueline McAlister; numerous nieces, nephews, and their extended families. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great aunt, family diplomat and caretaker, patient tutor, carpool stalwart, tireless antique and real estate haggler. Door always open (literally) for warm conversation, a sympathetic ear, an appreciative laugh, or a quick game of cards. Her presence will be greatly missed.
