She died Thursday (Oct. 26, 1990)[sic]* at the Lake Jackson Nursing Home. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Freeport Funeral Home. Burial will be in Restwood Memorial Park. She was a member of the Church of Crist. She is survived by her husband, Alvin "Slim" Palat of Freeport; and one sister, Patricia Flynn of Dallas. Pallbearers as her nephews.
