West County Times (Richmond, Calif.), November 5, 1997 Victoria Justus, a homemaker, died Oct. 27 in a San Pablo hospital. She was 92. The Nebraska native was a longtime resident of El Cerrito. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Ann Tietgen of Virginia; son, William A. Justus of Oakland; sister, Seraphia Safarik of Nebraska; and three grandchildren. Her husband, William Justus, preceded her in death. Services: Memorial Mass, 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Jerome Catholic Church in El Cerrito. Ellis-Olson in Albany handled arrangements.
