Shirley A. Dray, 73, of Rockford, died Sat., June 19, 1999, in her home after an extended illness. Born Nov. 23, 1925, in Skyler, Neb., daughter of Clyde and Frances Hart Hoops. Married to "Joe" Dray in Rockford on June 20, 1947. Member of Morningside Covenant Church. Shirley loved to sew and do needle work projects. She also enjoyed gardening and baking and cooking for her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Joe; son, William E. Dray; two brothers, six sisters. Predeceased by parents; two brothers and two sisters.
