Son of John M Parker and Lida "Maude" Carroll. Eldest brother to Raymond Parker, Susie Azaline Parker, and Half-brother to Hattie May Sisk. Husband of Oleta Anice Shortnacy married 8 Dec 1935 in Dallas, Texas. Died at Baylor Hospital of "Miliary Tuberculosis", having suffered from pulmonary TB for several years ultimately succumbing to Tuberculosis Meningitis at just 28 years old.
