Larry Dale Wall, 74, passed away Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Woodlands Place in Denison. A memorial service will be held Saturday August 5, 2017 3:00 PM at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Larry was born December 2, 1942 in San Diego, California to the late Hulon and Claudeen (Moore) Wall. He was proud to have served in the U.S. Air Force. Larry retired from Texas Instruments after twenty-five years, having worked in Germany for 8 years. He enjoyed a lifelong love of learning and continued to obtain degrees in areas which interested him late in his life. He was an actor, singer, and fundraiser for the Sherman Community Players and Theatrics for many years. Larry is survived by his wife, Linda Cain-Wall of Sherman; daughter, Tracy Childress and husband Jack of Lake Kiowa; two sons, Monte Wall and wife Barbara of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Jeff Wall of Gordonville; two brothers, Dickie Wall and wife Cathy of Plainview, TX and Bryan Wall of Amarillo, TX; ten grandchildren, Brandy Davis and husband Scott, Donny Richardson and wife Amber, Kristin King and husband Justin, Victoria Wall, Sharon Whitmire, Corey Wall and wife Samantha, Stephanie Brandon and husband Wesley, Jordan Baugher, Nicole Johnson, Brandon Wall, and Sarah Wall; and twelve great-grandchildren . He was preceded in death by his sister, Avonna Kaye Milloway. The register book can be signed online at waldofuneralhome.com.
