OBITUARY FROM THE PAULS VALLEY DEMOCRATS, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Thursday, February 28, 1935 Curtis Herbert Coker, born November 1919, passed away at the Crippled Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City on Saturday morning, Feb. 23, at 5 o'clock, appendicitis being the cause of his death. Surviving him are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Coker and two sisters, Mrs. Opal Enzy and Mrs. Myrtie Beaty, and three brothers, Gervis, Clyde and Chester Coker, and a cousin, Goldie Busby. Services were conducted by Rev. Powell at the Baptist church Sunday evening. Interment was made in the Elmore City cemetery, Stufflebean Funeral Directors in charge.
