Shattie Racheal Taylor, age 96 of Raywood, passed away in Liberty, TX on March 26, 2015. Shattie was born November 10, 1918 in Liberty, daughter of the late Silvia and Cora Fregia. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Daisetta for over twenty-five years. Shattie loved to horseback, raise her chickens, sew, quilt and work in her yard. She especially loved her church. Shattie was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Tom Taylor, son; Tommy Alvin Taylor and his wife Dorothy Marie Taylor, grandchildren; Sherry Cobbs and Preston Taylor, great-grandchildren; Erica Taylor and Kamdyn Taylor, brothers; James Delbert Taylor, Dan Moody Fregia, Jay Fregia, Lawrence Fregia, Robert Fregia, sisters; Athalea Jordan and Zellia Padon. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, son; Granville Taylor and wife Sharron of Raywood, sisters; Nelda Mae Tousha of Liberty, Doris Kibbe of Pennsylvania, seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
