Bio
Wesley Herman Seale, age 87 years, a resident of Austin, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017. He was born December 21, 1929 to Charlie James Seale and Ethel (McCarty) Seale in Florence, Texas. He married Selma Jean Nelle on September 3, 1949 in Austin, Texas. They had a happy life together for almost 63 years before she passed away on November 28, 2012. He was Baptist by faith. He was a union bricklayer and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved fishing and gardening. He enjoyed shelling pecans and tending to his pear trees. He had a love for his two fur babies, Spotty and Ray, like no other. Mr. Seale's health had been declining in the later years. Now he suffers no more pain and can be with Selma, his parents, sister Gloria and brother James. He is now walking in God's garden among the flowers. Mr. Seale is survived by his daughter, Shirley Jean Bauder and husband, Cliff; granddaughter, Kimberly McCallum and husband Mike; granddaughter, Allison Goodson; great-grandchildren, Chelsea and Cayla Goodson and Blake and Morgan McCallum; sister, Barbara Rice; brother-in-law, Deane Chubb; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff members of Gracy Woods I and New Century Hospice. Visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
