The Eagle (Bryan, Texas) Tuesday, October 2, 1973 Page 2 MRS. MATEJKA CALDWELL-Funeral services for Mrs. Rosalie Marek Matejka, 80 of 405 S. Temple Street in Caldwell was held Sunday at the Bowers-Harvey-Schiller Funeral Home in Caldwell. Burial was in the New Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Henry Beseda of the Caldwell New Tabor Brethern Church officiating. Mrs. Matejka was born in 1893 and died Friday in Brenham. She had been a life-long resident of Burleson County. She had also been a member of the New Tabor Brethern Church. She is survived by her husband, Frank J. Matejka of Caldwell, a sister Mrs. Annie Matejka of Caldwell, two brothers, Emila Marek and Joseph Marek both of Caldwell, and a son Frank M Matejka of Caldwell and a daughter, Mrs. Rosalie A Marek of Houston. She is survived by four grandchildren.
