Bio

On his tombstone, it said: Dwarf Son of William J. Bullington and Mary Ann Anderson, he was 27 years 8 months 25 days old when he died. In the 1860 Federal census, the spelling of his name almost looks like it could be LYSE instead of TYRE. With Tyre R. Bullington's birthdate and death date so similar to Lysea Bullington's, it makes me wonder if they are the same person. They both died at the same age, both single, both unemployed (according to the 1880 census). Perhaps that is why a stone cannot be found for LYSEA BULLINGTON who is listed as being buried in this same cemetery.
