Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Shaddox officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Born Feb. 27, 1928, in Greenville, she was the daughter of Luke and Eula Puryear Duncan. She was married to Fred G. McWhorter on Sept. 28, 1947, in Greenville. Mrs. McWhorter was a homemaker, and she was a member of Salem Kinser United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband of Greenville; daughter and son-in-law Terri and Larry Lansford of Richardson; grandsons Trey and Luke Lansford of Richardson and a brother, George Duncan of Lamesa. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
