Frances A. Vinkler, 90, passed away in Ennis, Texas, on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m., Monday, June 5, 2016, in St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Monday, June 5, 2017, in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Frances Agnes was born in Oak Grove, Texas, to the late John M. and Mary (Salik) Vrana. She grew up in Oak Grove and attended Central High School. On August 17, 1947, she married Antone E. Vinkler and they made their home in Dallas before making their home in Ennis in 1962. She worked for Sears in sales and for Donoven-Galvani in quality control. She was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, KJZT for 77 years and Ennis Sewing Circle. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening. She was preceded in death by brothers: Adolph, Johnny, and Henry Vrana. Survivors include her son, Glenn J. Vinkler and his wife, Gwenda; granddaughter, Brandy Vinkler; brothers: Edward Vrana and Robert Vrana; sister, Josephine Prachyl; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. M5
