Bio

Henry L. Vrana, 78, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Monday, April 4, 2016. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016, in the J.E. Keever Mortuary. Funeral Liturgy Outside Mass will take place at 10 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2016, in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Henry was born in Ennis, Texas, to the late John M. Vrana and Mary Frances Salik Vrana. He grew up in Ennis and attended St. John Catholic Schools. He has lived in Ennis all his life. He worked for over 25 years as an independent milk distributor for Borden’s Milk Company and for over ten years for Henry’s Candy Service. He was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church and the KJT. He enjoyed baseball. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Vrana; and brothers, Johnnie Vrana and Adolf Vrana. Survivors include his son, Ricky Vrana; brothers, Edward Vrana and Robert Vrana; sisters, Frances Vinkler and Josephine Prachyl; other relatives and many friends.
