Bio

Margaret Russell, 95, of Vega died Thursday, December 14, 2017. Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 4, 2018, at Christ Community Church in Vega. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd. Margaret was born July 20, 1922, in Turkey, Texas to Benjamin and Lillie Simpson. She worked as a preschool administrator and was a wonderful mother and pastor's wife. She was preceded in death by her husband, William W. Russell; and a son, James Gregory Russell. Survivors include her children, Warren Russell, Bobby Russell, Cynthia Laxton and Timothy Russell.
