The Oakdale Journal Oakdale, Louisiana • Thu, Apr 23, 1987, Page 2 GERVIS RAY JOHNSON Funeral services for Gervis Ray Johnson, 44, of Huffman, Texas, were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, 1987 in Pitkin Ardoin Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wayne Boatwright officiating. Interment was in Holly Springs Cemetery in Cravens. Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother, Mrs. Bethel Johnson of Huffman, Texas; his wife, Vondine Ivy Johnson of Huffman, Texas; four sons: Gervis Ray Johnson, Jr., Charles Grover Johnson, Tracy Ray Johnson and Jamie Lenn Johnson, all of Huffman, Texas; one daughter Bethleen Johnson 1 of Huffman Texas; two brothers, Grover Johnson and Ocie Johnson, both of Huffman, Texas; three sisters: Mrs. Gladys Collums and Mrs. Glandy Fay Lloyd both of Houston, Texas and Mrs. Addis May Johnson of Laurel, Mississippi. Pallbearers were John Edward Johnson, Darrell Frank Hansen, Steven Dale Hansen, Johnny Ray Collums, Gene Johnson and Jerald Johnson..
