Delia M. Weekley 1933 - 2017 Delia Marnelle Hanks Weekley, 83, of Pace, Florida, went home to be with the Lord early on Easter Morning, Sunday, April 16, 2017. She was a loving and faithful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and loyal friend. She was dedicated to her Lord and Savior, her husband, and her family. Mrs. Weekley married the love of her life, Dr. Wesley Weekley, on February 4, 1949, and they began an amazing adventure together. Initially she supported her husband's ministry through music and being an amazing mother who made a warm and loving home for family, no matter the circumstances or location. Later she established her own ministry as a teacher who taught in Bible colleges and training centers around the world and became a credentialed minister with the General Council of the Assemblies of God. Mrs. Weekley was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Wesley Weekley; parents, Richard Lamar Hanks and Bessie Mae Thomley Hanks; her siblings Ethel Lee Hanks Harigel, J.D. Hanks, G. L.
