She was born on the family farm near Spalding, Nebraska on February 26, 1919. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford M. Boyce; her parents, Thomas and Mary Kusek; five brothers Hubert, Louis, Joseph, Michael and Bernard Kusek; two sisters, Helen O'Seka and Mary Ann Buelt. She was Past President of St. Mary Magdalene Alter and Rosary Society, Past President of Rosary Makers of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, she volunteered at the Wheat Ridge Community Center, Wheat Ridge Senior Resource Center and for the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program.
