Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969. Bob married Kathy Osmera on June 20, 1970 at St Vitus Catholic Church in Touhy, Nebraska. Kliment, 70 of Valparaiso, NE, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 6, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, NE. He was born January 17, 1947 in Wahoo, NE to Alfred and Dorothy (Ratko​​vec) Kliment. Bob graduated from Valparaiso High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969. On June 20, 1970, Bob was united in marriage to Kathy Osmera at St Vitus Catholic Church in Touhy, NE. Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a lifelong farmer and retired welder from ​Tenneco after more than 20 years. Bob was a past Commander for the Valparaiso American Legion Post ​#371. He enjoyed serving on the Saunders County Fair Board​ for 20+ years. He was a Charter Member of the Touhy Coyote Club – where he was known as the "Blue Goose". He loved watching Royals Baseball​; anything Huskers​; his grandkids' activities including baseball, 4-H, trap shooting​;​ and the Mollie B Polka Show. Bob is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathy Kliment; children, Jennifer (Jim) Woita of Malmo, Jeff (Miranda) Kliment of Valparaiso; grandchildren, Dustin, Tanner and Cameron Woita, Ben and Morgan Kliment; sisters, RoseAnn (Bob) Koranda of Wahoo, Susan (Wayne Nelson) Kliment of Valparaiso; brother, Mike (Nancy) Hula of Raymond; sister-in-law, Carolyn (Richard) Garner of Lincoln; brother-in-law, Ken (Cher) Yeager of Florida; mother-in-law, Wilma Yeager of Wahoo and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Alfred Kliment, Dorothy Kliment Hula and Adolph Hula; father-in-law Robert Yeager; infant brother Gary Hula.
