Bio

Leonard E. Foley, 63, a native of Baldwin County and resident of Robertsdale, died Saturday, May 8, 2004. He was a former employee and head painter of Mickey Bradford Paint and Body Shop, Mobile. He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include: three daughters, Angie (DeWitt Browder, Styx River, Ashley Foley and Lenora (Glenn) Hedden, both of Elsanor; one son, Philip (Jennifer) Foley, Lakeland, Fla., his mother, Florence Foley, Elsanor; two sisters, Ann Nitteberg, Silverhill and Linda (Jerry) Busch, Decatur; two brothers, Paul (Magdalena) Foley, Albuquerque, N.M. and Danny (Laurie) Foley, Elsanor; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. James Gibson officiating. Burial followed in the Bethel Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Bethel Baptist Church, 22250 U.S. Highway 90, Robertsdale, AL 36567. Arrangements were by Mack Funeral Home, Robertsdale.
