Bio

Passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Medical Center of Plano. He was born to Dewey Melton and Gertie Holland Scarbrough on December 16, 1930 in Monette, Arkansas. He married Betty Joyce Lacy in Wolfe City on July 3, 1959. Mr. Scarbrough retired from E Systems. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by three children, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one brother, and one sister. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, two brother Herald Scarbrough and Leon Scarbrough.
