Willie Richard Hawkins, born October 27, 1883 in Cannon County, Tennessee to Florence Elizabeth Burger and Joseph Irvin Hawkins. He was the 5th child of eight known children. He married Dartha Louise Masey and they had 8 children. Willie died Dec 15, 1962 in Tennessee.
