"Ernest E. Dunbar, 85, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Friday Jan.6th at his home in Jamestown. Ernest was born in Jamestown, KY, on Dec. 26, 1931 a son of the late Lola Fay (Simpson) and Oris E. Dunbar. He worked as a parts delivery man and was in the U.S. Army. Ernest is survived by three sons Calvin (Debbie) Dunbar, of Elizabethtown, IN Joe (Dawn) Dunbar, of Jamestown, KY Jerry (Jennifer) Dunbar, of Russell Springs, KY one daughter Betty Glover, of McQueeney, TX two brothers Eris Dunbar, of Russell Springs, KY Gary Dunbar, of Taylorsville, IN three sisters Lonis Richards, of Russell Springs,KY JoAnn Baker, of Taylorsville, IN Lois Bennett, of Louisville, KY seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Gladys Russell Dunbar, sister Linda Gaskins, two grandsons Davie and Brian Parkerson. Funeral Services for Ernest E. Dunbar will be Tue. Jan 10th, 11:00am at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, with Bro. Kenny Spaw officiating. Friends may visit on Mon. Jan. 9th after 5:00pm at the funeral home.
