Parents: Thomas Bass Tippit (1867-1956) Mary E. Nabors (1872-1920) Married Florence Irma Roberts on April 27, 1919 in Detroit, Red River, Texas. Howard Milton TIPPIT was born on September 13, 1894 in Hugo, Choctaw, Oklahoma Territory. He appeared in the census on January 31, 1920 in Clay Co., Texas. From 1920 to 1947 he was a telegraph operator. Howard lived in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah between 1938 and 1947. He died on April 12, 1947 at the age of 52 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah and was buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.
