Bio

Lillie Bell was born in Robertson county Texas to Berry & Rosa Lee Pevehouse Leonard. She married Walter Carroll 9 March 1928 in Childress, Texas. Children:Cleburne, Dolan, Thomas, and LaVelle Carroll Miller. Dolan lived and died in Abilene, Texas., LaVelle lived and died in Scurry, Texas. Lillie, lived in Gainesville, Texas the later part of her life. Thomas still lives there. Her Leonard family can be traced back to 1680. The Martin and Anna Barbara Spohn Leonard was in Germany and this Leonard line is Lillie Bell Leonard's family. Cleburne,her oldest child (b. 6 Feb 1929 d. 7 Feb. 1933 ), is buried by her. Her dad and mother are buried in the Goodlett Cemetery.
